The apartment with an area of 60 m2 consists of a bedroom (20m2), a living room (40 m2), a tastefully furnished bathroom with a shower, a balcony, and a terrace with an area of 15 m2, which can be covered with an automatic remote-controlled awning. The first room features a stylish oak kitchenette equipped with top-quality appliances (wireless kettle, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, mini-fridge), two separate beds, a table with four stationary chairs, two folding chairs, and a 32-inch LCD TV. In the living room, there is a leather corner sofa, a table, two double beds, a wardrobe with a mirror, a chest of drawers, a 42-inch LCD TV with TV BOX, and a high-quality DVD player with a mini Hi-Fi system.
The apartment is equipped with automatic air conditioning, separately controlled in each room, and an automatic temperature setting system for the winter period.
From the living room, there is access to the terrace paved with granite cobblestones, located close to the swimming pool and playground. On the terrace, our guests will find comfortable rattan garden furniture, an automatic remote-controlled awning, and a charcoal grill. Towels are provided for each guest.
The entire apartment is covered by wireless WiFi internet access. To ensure maximum comfort, we have equipped the apartment with soundproof entrance doors Porta 42 db.
